These terms define how Novobound may be used, what your organization controls, and how compliance and billing responsibilities are handled.
You control outreach decisions
Novobound gives safeguards and records, but your organization chooses leads, content, and lawful basis.
Abuse is not allowed
Spam, misleading claims, illegal lists, and provider-policy evasion can lead to immediate suspension.
Limits are operational
Usage limits protect deliverability, system stability, and customer workspaces.
1. Acceptance
By using Novobound, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service
Novobound provides lead import, validation, campaign creation, automation, analytics, admin controls, and outreach tooling. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Novobound for spam, deception, unlawful contact, impersonation, policy evasion, illegal list acquisition, malware, harassment, or any campaign that violates applicable law or provider rules.
4. Compliance responsibility
Your organization is responsible for lawful basis, consent records, message content, unsubscribe handling, opt-out handling, and campaign targeting decisions. Novobound provides tools and safeguards but does not replace legal review.
5. Billing and limits
Plan limits can include leads, campaigns, messages, AI credits, and team members. If usage exceeds plan limits, the product may show warnings, throttle usage, request cleanup, or ask an admin to switch plans.
6. Data and security
You retain rights to your lead, campaign, and workspace content. You grant Novobound permission to process it to operate the service. You are responsible for account access, role assignment, and provider credentials you configure.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, illegal use, or violations of these terms. After termination, data may be deleted or anonymized after a limited retention period unless legal retention applies.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novobound is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
